Work with local employers and the Monmouth County Workforce Development Agency to identify current workforce needs as well as current and projected workplace skill sets; design training programs for workers to meet those marketplace needs
There is a concern in the community over ensuring that job training programs result in jobs, as opposed to completing training for jobs that don’t exist in the area. Identifying local needs, such as construction and health care, and matching training and candidates to those needs will create a more streamlined jobs pipeline.
