Rebrand “employment training” to remove stigma associated with traditional training programs that historically have been expected to produce candidates for entry level jobs with little or no opportunity for career advancement
Despite successful programs and graduates, there is a stigma attached to employment training programs in comparison to traditional secondary and post-secondary degree programs. Reframing high quality training programs will enable their participants to more equitably compete for available jobs.
