Allow shared parking for commercial development with local churches who have large parking lots
The many neighborhood churches in the West Side each have their own parking lot that are under-used for portions of the day or week. Developing shared parking arrangements will ease the strain on street parking resources once more residential and commercial activity is brought to the neighborhood.
